Initiatives
We currently offer two key initiatives which include the Young Cavaliers Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship and YCF Mentorship Program. These are are needs-based and require an application.
The Young Cavaliers Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship recognises promising students who show strong signs of potential to become leaders in one or more of the following areas: community service, international engagement, intercultural understanding, diversity and inclusion, academic, sporting and/or artistic excellence.
Students accepted to the program receive an amount of scholarship commensurate with their financial need as determined by the costs of their school fees, minus the financial contribution the student and their family can make annually towards these costs. A standard needs-assessment is made, based on financial information provided by students and their families. Young Cavaliers Leaders of Tomorrow Scholars will be required to attend schools that have partnered with Young Cavaliers Foundation. |

We are currently partnering with a few local schools in Cape Town, South Africa. Our preferred placement schools for our scholars currently include Wynberg Boys' High and Wynberg Girls' High where we have currently placed 3 Young Cavaliers scholars.
We also partner with our recruitment schools which tend to be less-resourced than our preferred placement schools. We have recruited from Heathfield Primary School, St Anthony's Primary School and Square Hill Primary School. If you would like to partner with us as either a placement school or recruitment school, please contact our team. |
